Los Frailes coffee is produced on a farm in Fredonia Antioquia by Mr. Pedro Nel Maya the farm produces different types of coffee.
The rate test of this coffee (“en taza”=in cup) has obtained between 84 and 87 points out of 100, rating it as a very good quality coffee. It has AA sustainability certificates, with coraantioquia for environmental sustainability and good practices in coffee management.
Honey coffee takes a fermentation process with the cherry of the coffee without pulping that could last from 36 to 48 hours, giving it that fruity flavors.
