The air currents that come from Cauca and move through the coffee plantation (located in a depressed area of the terrain where these currents flow) reinforce the characteristics found in this coffee, which we have described with notes such as caramel, green apple, butter, honey, cocoa, blackberries, peach, chocolate, and raisins.
